early birthday Notice

This a Header, I have no idea what this is for at the moment

Well, I decided to make another Journal cause I felt I should give my friends enough time in order to do something for my birthday, so here is me telling my friends if you want to do something for my birthday go ahead. I am feeling crappy so that is why I am writing this now.
